The production process at HTX Khánh Thành is a closed-loop system that ensures sustainability from raw materials to finished products. Each stage is carried out on a modern production line adhering to international standards such as HACCP and ISO 22000:2018. HTX Khánh Thành is committed to delivering 100% organic, chemical-free products that are safe for consumption and environmentally friendly.

Raw Materials

The primary material for HTX Khánh Thành is organic cinnamon sustainably cultivated in the highlands of Lào Cai and Yên Bái. All cinnamon sources are certified organic by international standards such as USDA Organic and EU Organic, ensuring no use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers.

Supplementary ingredients include natural spices like star anise, cardamom, and cloves, which enhance the distinctive flavor of Khánh Thành cinnamon products.


Closed-Loop Production Process

Step 1: Raw Material Selection
Cinnamon is harvested from trees over 10 years old to ensure the highest essential oil quality. The bark is manually stripped and meticulously selected.

Step 2: Cleaning and Pre-Processing
Raw materials are thoroughly cleaned with purified water, then air-dried under natural sunlight to preserve the original flavor.

Step 3: Heat Treatment
Cinnamon bark is steam-treated or low-temperature dried to sterilize it while retaining its natural moisture and flexibility.

Step 4: Cutting and Shaping
Cinnamon is cut into standard sizes to suit various products such as cinnamon sticks, crushed cinnamon, or cinnamon powder. This process is performed using modern machinery to ensure consistency.

Step 5: Preliminary Packaging
Finished products are initially vacuum-packed to prevent moisture and mold before moving to the final packaging stage.

Step 6: Final Packaging
The cinnamon products are packed into internationally approved packaging with clear traceability and quality standards, making them export-ready.
