• Manufacturing or Transportation Issues
  If the product encounters issues within 7 days of receipt, HTX Khánh Thành will provide a 100% replacement.
• Order Mistakes
  Products that are unused or incorrectly delivered in terms of quantity or type will be replaced free of charge as per the customer’s request.

Return Rules

  Products must be intact, unused, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original condition. Products should be stored properly (dry, cool place, avoiding moisture).
• Requirements for Return
  Products must include any associated gifts or promotional items (if applicable) and accompanying documents such as invoices or delivery notes.
• Proof of Purchase
  Customers must provide a receipt, invoice, or delivery note when requesting a return.
• Return Timeframe

• Expired Products Support
  For expired products or products with excessive sourness, 60% of the product’s value will be supported for returns.

  In cases of sourness, expired products, or non-expired products returned by the customer’s request, the customer will bear the shipping cost for the return.

Refunds

HTX Khánh Thành commits to replacing products if available in stock or refunding 100% of the product value if unavailable. Refunds can be made via bank transfer or in cash at the company’s office.
