Our shipping process is as follows:

Order Processing

To complete your order, we require the following basic information:

• Name and phone number of the buyer/recipient.
  (If you’re placing and receiving the order yourself, provide your information. If ordering on behalf of someone else, please provide their name and contact number.)
• Detailed delivery address, including street, ward/commune, district, city, and province.

After receiving the order details, we will process it within 24 hours and notify you of the payment and shipping status via Zalo, phone, or Facebook.

Delivery Through Courier Services

• Delivery Time: Typically, orders are delivered within 3-5 days from the time the order is confirmed or as agreed upon during the order process.
• Unforeseen Delays: In certain cases, delivery may be delayed due to:
  1. The delivery staff being unable to contact the customer by phone.
  2. Incorrect delivery address or phone number provided.
  3. High order volume causing delays in processing.
  4. External factors affecting courier partners, such as pandemics or natural disasters.
